Floors 4 Sanding Ltd has been trading since 28th July 2010, we are a bespoke family run business with the emphasis on delivering first class customer service and producing restoration work to a very high standard.
We offer a comprehensive range of services on all wooden floors to include; full restoration, repair, sanding & re-sealing with various lacquers, tints, paints & oils. All our machinery is virtually dust free, assuring you of minimal mess & disruption to your home/ commercial premises.

We have 17 years experience in wooden floor restoration and are fully conversant in small to very large project work, some of our commercial clients include, Roy Hankinson Group, Whittles programmed painting, John Turner & Sons, National Museums, Liverpool Hope University, ISG, Bovis Lend-Lease and the Arch Diocese Of Liverpool.
We work with some of the best lacquer, paint & oil manufacturers in the business, Bona Kemi, Kahrs, Osmo and Farrow & Ball to ensure that we can provide the right finish for your floor.

We are a family run business with over seventeen years experience, we are specialists in dealing with all types of timber flooring and have specific types of specialist plant to ensure the work is done to achieve the highest standard of finish, we have been fortunate to have worked on some iconic buildings within the North West to include St George's Hall Small Concert Room, Lady Lever Art Gallery, Macclesfield Town Hall and many more commercial sites, we have also worked in many beautiful private homes too.
