We've been really impressed with Richard, from initial consultation through to the finished floor. We have original parquet floor in our living room that had been carpeted over, and it was such a mess, needing repairs as well as finishing. Richard arranged for the repairs to happen before he came to finish the job. The communication from Richard has been great throughout, through covid disruption and illness, and we always knew where we were. Everyone that came was clean and efficient. This wasn't the cheapest quotation we got, but we have no regrets about trusting Richard with the job - you get what you pay for! Highly recommend (and we might have you back to sort out the hallway...)

My original wooden floor was very damaged in places, Richard provided a solution to the problems and organised the repairs be done.
